The Story
In 2010, two old friends met at a Bar in the Caldelas area, at a time when the DownHill tracks in the area were on the rise and the euphoria of the tracks was a topic of conversation for all mountain biking practitioners.
However, one of the builders of these tracks had already been fulfilling an old dream for two years: the construction of trails in the fantastic area called “Sta. Isabel do Monte”.
The reasons for choosing this area can only be understood after being there! High points, far from everything, close to nature and almost natural conditions for the practice of all mountain / freeride.
From the tree-free peaks to the dense forest and from rocks to streams,… everything is there!

Paulo Mogas presented the trails to his friend João Costa, who came to support him with more friends and that was the beginning of the “In Nature” adventure!
The passion for nature coupled with bikes made that meter by meter, the trails were emerging, always improved, perfected and of course, always well tested!
Another important milestone of this project is Marco! After knowing the clues, he was dazzled and decided to put into practice a project kept in the drawer for over 8 years!
That was how the name “In Nature” came about and another element with vision for this new challenge.
As an integrated project with the local community, talks began with the Chorense Association, in the sense that there is a branch of the association specifically dedicated to the two wheels.
It was with the warm support of the local community of Chorense that the firsts In Nature events started on May 13, 2012.
In Nature is the result of the dedication of many people who reserve part of their time for everyone’s pleasure!
Finally, this project is based on a common point, the unconditional love for sport and means of transport that has changed the face of the World: BIKE.
Keep Pure! In Nature!
